A more traditional approach to coffee.
This is a much darker roast with a “STRONG” profile.
Will stand up to any milks, Malks & Mylks.
Consider it an old friend to curl up on the couch with.
Or take it for a stroll along the beach whilst the sun is asleep.
Add a little milk & maple syrup to some cold brew, it’s BEYOND tasty.
** A LITTLE NOTE FOR THE SAKE OF TRANSPARENCY **
Modern coffee has trended it’s way to being varying degrees of acid driven “light roasts”.
We do this to highlight the collaboration of nature & farmer, and the beautiful creations they make.
“Dark Roasts”, sometimes the extremely light ones, impart the flavour of how they’ve been roasted, hence hiding the uniqueness of a coffee.
Coffee is a living product and ages over time. Just like how you can watch your friends grow old. You can taste a coffee grow old.
SO…
We decided to combine these two facts to make our MOONLIGHT offering. As it’s a dark roast, we didn’t forget about you old schoolers, it will “hide” the flavours of ageing coffee.
All the coffee we put into MOONLIGHT are coffees that we feel no longer meet our standards of freshness. Maintaining a higher quality for the rest of our offering.
Tasty old school coffee with a touch of up-cycling.
Delicious & sustainable.
Well done you.
