This was the very first filter coffee we ever bought and roasted and have featured it every year since. This version is a medium roast and it's perfect for that sweet, sweet morning espresso!

Ricardo Zelaya is a legend among coffee producers for his meticulous farming practices, processing, sustainability and workplace relations. The Zelaya family have been growing coffee for more than 100 years and owns farms throughout Guatemala.

This naturally processed coffee is a 100% Borboncito variety, a naturally occurring dwarf mutation of the bourbon variety that thrives in Antigua. Ricardo has worked hard over the years to perfect his naturals and this lot speaks for itself.
