This coffee comes from a lesser known coffee growing region in Guatemala, Santa Rosa.
You might remember the name from a limited release 'Pacamara' we had on last year, it directly translates to Bougainvillea.
This year we selected a more traditional coffee from the Juarez family, but don't underestimate the lack of fancy.
This coffee won our hearts on the cupping table with, not only, all the classic hallmarks of clean, sweet, sweet, sweet Guatemalan coffee but also with an ethereal prettiness we can't seem to pin down.
It's the perfect all rounder that everyone will love, yet complex and beguiling enough for the geekiest of us.
