Title

This was the very first coffee we ever bought and roasted six years ago. To celebrate our birthday we've decided to bring it back for a limited run.

Ricardo Zelaya is a legend among coffee producers for his meticulous farming practices, processing, sustainability and workplace relations. The Zelaya family have been growing coffee for more than 100 years and owns farms throughout Guatemala.

This naturally processed coffee is a 100% Borboncito variety, a naturally occurring dwarf mutation of the bourbon variety that thrives in Antigua. Ricardo has worked hard over the years to perfect his naturals and this lot speaks for itself.
