Why Do We Think This Coffee Is Special?

One of the country's most unique and complex regions of coffee production, Cauca is located in southwestern Colombia.

In Cauca, there are up to 93,000 hectares of coffee-producing farmland. The high altitude, proximity to the equator and volcanic soils make this region perfect for growing high-quality coffee.

This coffee is decaffeinated using Ethyl Acetate, a naturally occurring ester that bonds with and removes the caffeine in green coffee. This process leaves the coffee's characteristics intact allowing the coffee to shine.

What Brewing Methods Is This Coffee Best for?
The Colombian Decaf is a medium roast. Perfect for that late night espresso.

How Are Our Roast Profiles Different?
Our coffee has trended its way to being varying degrees of acid driven light roasts. We do this to highlight the collaboration of nature & farmer and the beautiful creations they make. We aim to preserve all the intrinsic characteristics of a coffee - variety, farm and process.
