Another incredibly sweet coffee from a variety that emerges from obscurity and mystery into our roaster and then your cup.
Los Nogales is a family-run farm high above San Antonio—where our Twilight comes from—run by matriarch Maria Rosa Oidor. Maria and her husband Alfonso saved money from their general store in town to purchase the farm some twenty years ago. Maria left Alfonso behind the counter and marched up the mountain before dawn, determined to bring specialty coffee to the region with help from export partners Pergamino. LOVE.
As it turned out, she is absolutely brilliant at it.
This is one of our favorite coffees of the year so far.
