When do you roast?
We roast every Monday and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. You can place an order up until 9 am to be shipped on the same working day.
When will my order arrive?
We partner with Sendle to send all orders and most orders arrive within 7 working days however some orders may take up to 14 working days to arrive. You will receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way, showing an estimated delivery date.
We also offer express shipping with AusPost which normally arrives the next working day.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We ship orders overseas with AusPost. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and if you would like more information please get in touch.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery within Australia via Sendle is $5.00
Expresso Post within Australia via AusPost is $15.00
Standard International delivery starts at $40.00
Is there a use-by date?
Our coffee will be optimal from one the four weeks after roasting and we still enjoy it up to 6 months from roasting!
Can I return my order?

Can I cancel or amend my order?
We are happy to cancel or amend your order until 8 am Monday. Please reach out to us at info@blumecoffee.com
Can I collect my order?
Yes! We offer a collection option at the checkout and will let you know as soon as it is ready.
Do you have a shop?
We have a coffee bar at the front of the roastery and would love for you to visit! We’re open Wednesday - Sunday from 8 am to 2 pm.
Can I get a subscription?
Yes, we offer recurring subscriptions and you can find them here.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Sure can! You can cancel anytime and skip deliveries as needed via your subscription portal.
