STONE FRUIT, MANDARIN, MILK CHOCOLATE
One of the country's most unique and complex regions of coffee production, Huila is located in southwestern Colombia and nestled between the Central and Eastern ranges of the Andes. Huila accounts for nearly 20% of the country's production, and 80% of coffee producers operate on less than three hectares.
This coffee is decaffeinated using Ethyl Acetate, a naturally occurring ester that bonds with and removes the caffeine in green coffee. This process leaves the coffee's characteristics intact allowing the coffee to shine.
