Guatemala, La Providencia, Washed

from $25.00

Variety: Caturra

Expression: Brown

Pear · Hazelnut · Milk Chocolate

We have been buying coffee from the Palacios family since we started the Blume. We love it due to the fact that it tastes exactly like what it is and where it is from, whilst also being the most comforting kind of coffee to be found in a mug.

The farm has been in the family since the 1950s and is currently operated by 80-year-old Max Ariel Palacios Villatoro. Having worked on the farm since 1975, he is passing his expertise and experience on to the next generation, Ana Lucia and Javier.

So delicious, so warm, and where it's from is so much fun to say. Huehuetenango! Go for it.
